The main accommodation consists of a large bedroom with a double bed and a futon sofa/bed. The room is equipped with a television, Wi-Fi internet access and tea/coffee making facilities.  There is also use of the adjacent private bathroom, with a bath/shower, toilet and basin.

In the morning, I can offer you a healthy breakfast consisting of tea/coffee, fruit juices, cereal and toast.  This is served in the newly-built kitchen/dining room, between 8am and 9am.  I have been assessed by the Guildford Borough Council and have a Food hygiene rating of 5.

The charges for the rooms are £60 for the first night (£55 per night thereafter) for the main bedroom or £35 for the first night (£30 per night thereafter) for the smaller bedroom.  Please note that I do not take separate bookings for both rooms on the same night.  

Parking is limited in Agraria Road.  Visitors' parking permits are chargeable at £2 per day, otherwise 2 hour free parking is available in certain bays.  Between 6.30pm and 8.30am and all day Sunday, parking is unrestricted.
